Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between the Time Towins platform ("Platform") and the natural person using the platform ("User"). By registering or starting to use the platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

Time Towins is an earning platform where users can earn points by playing various games and completing tasks. These points carry a proportional share of 75% of the platform's monthly net profit pool.

• Point value is determined based on the monthly net profit and total points on the platform.
• Point value updates hourly and is not guaranteed.
• Payments are processed at the end of each month upon admin approval.

To register on the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only one account may be created per real person.
• Registration must be completed with accurate and truthful information.
• You must have accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Points can be earned through:

• Completing tasks in platform games.
• Completing daily tasks and social media tasks.
• Inviting active users via the referral system.
• Transferring points from linked game accounts.

Points are not cash; they represent a proportional share of the platform's profit pool. No guarantee is given regarding point value or payment.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by an admin at the end of each month.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is set by the admin and is subject to change.
• Payments are made via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
• Losses resulting from incorrect payment information are the user's responsibility.
• Suspicious or fraudulent requests may be subject to review and delays.

• Each user may enter a referral code only once.
• Two users cannot mutually refer each other.
• Referral points are contingent on the referred user actively earning points.
• Creating fake referral chains is prohibited and accounts will be closed upon detection.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, macros, or automation software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to deceive the platform.
• Accessing other users' accounts without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward other users.
• Any action that threatens the security of the platform.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent activity.
• Legal obligations.
• Threats to platform security.

Upon account closure, accumulated and uncollected points may be cancelled.

The platform cannot be held responsible for:

• Technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Issues arising from third-party services (Firebase, Google).
• Value losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
• Losses resulting from incorrect payment information entered by the user.
• Damages arising from the user's failure to secure their account.

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be announced on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

For disputes related to these Terms, users are expected to first contact the platform's support team. Unresolved disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
